Personal meditation coaching

We know what helps us feel better - things we can do that help us live and work with an open mind and an open heart.

Things like meditation.

But knowing what to do and making it happen are not the same.

There are all kinds of reasons not to meditate.

Too much going on. Feeling too restless. Finding it confusing or just plain boring.

If only you could enjoy meditation and make it work in the reality of your life.

This is what personal meditation coaching is for.

  • A supportive space to practice meditation.

  • Guidance that’s tailored for you.

  • Time to reflect on what comes up for you.

  • Help with building mindfulness and meditation into your life in ways that are nourishing and sustainable.

If you have any questions about this you can send me an email.

You can also go ahead and arrange a free, no-pressure conversation to see if this is a good fit for you. No sales pitch, just an open conversation to explore if this is right for you.

How this works

Personal meditation coaching is there to support your meditation practice over time. I work with people on a rolling monthly basis for as long as they find helpful.

Sessions include periods of guided meditation, feeding back on your experiences, and teaching that’s targeted to what you need. Sessions last 60 minutes and cost £75.00 each.

Meditations are recorded so you have them as a resource for practicing on your own. I’ll also teach you how to guide yourself in meditation so you become more independent and begin to find your own way with meditation.

How often we meet is up to you. Many people find meeting twice a month works well but we can tailor this to your needs and adjust this over time.

Who is this for?

You’re struggling with your moods and emotions - Fear, anger or sadness are affecting your relationships, your work or your sense of simply being ok.

You’re a thoughtful high-achiever - You like to get things done and have ambition and high standards. At the same time overthinking, perfectionism and self-criticism are holding you back.

You’re a bit allergic to words like calm and kindness - I specialise in making mindfulness and meditation work for people who cringe at the idea of sitting still and ‘being all Zen’.

Who is this not for?

You prefer to work in a group - Personal meditation training is all about offering one-to-one, tailored support. Learning in a group is good too it’s just different. If you want to learn in a group let me know and I can point you in the right direction.

You’re looking for therapy - Learning mindfulness and meditation is about learning new skills. It’s not therapy. Mindfulness and meditation work nicely alongside psychotherapy and other mental health services but they don’t replace them.

You’re looking for a quick fix - With mindfulness and meditation you can see benefits quite quickly but it takes time to learn and apply in the reality of your life.

If you’re not sure about this, why not schedule a conversation and we can discuss it? I’d love to hear from you.
